The MAS PORTELL
Citric Olive Oils are obtained by pressing arbequina
olives from the Pons family groves with carefully selected
Mediterranean citrus fruits. The grinding is naturally done
in a three stone mill, respecting traditional cold-processing
methods.
These combination gives off a unique aroma an outstanding
flavor, exquisite mixture of the lemon´s and clementine´s
freshness and the sweetness of our delicate extra virgin
olive oil.
The LEMON´s one is the ideal condiment for seafood,
vegetables, chicken, and carpaccios.
Our recommendation: grated tomato, cod fish carpaccio, chives
and Mas Portell lemon’s zest oil & extra virgin
olive oil.
The CLEMENTINE’s one provides an exotic touch to all
kind of salads, grilled fish and desserts.
Our recommendation: different kind of lettuce, some pieces
of roasted chicken, slices of avocado or pineapple, walnuts
and Mas Portell clementine’s zest oil & extra
virgin olive oil.
For it´s delicacy, it´s recommended not to heat
these oils. Use it sparingly.
