MAS PORTELL selects this artisan condiment, unique for its
intense red color and aroma.
In sunny breezy fields, better known as "lucky fields",
and from the “Crocus Sativus” plant, flowers
are picked by hand and peeled in order to obtain the saffron
filaments. These filaments, consistent in size and color,
are then toasted in fire.
The result is MAS PORTELL’s most exotic and finest
condiment, Spanish Saffron, for the most sophisticated palate.
