BASIL. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
is infused with dried, crumbled and selected basil herbs
from our estate fields in the province of Lleida, Catalonia.
This gastronomic speciality is recommended for grilled fish,
barbecues, omelettes and sauces such as pesto.
CHILLI. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin Olive
Oil is infused with a selection of red hot chilli pepers
from our estate fields in the province of Lleida, Catalonia.
This spicy combination will enhance casseroles, pasta and
piquant pizzas. Use it sparingly.
LEMON. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
is infused with specially selected mediterranean lemons.
This gastronomic speciality is recommended for grilled fish,
barbecues, sauces and vegetables.
GARLIC. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin Olive
Oil is infused with specially selected garlics. This exquisite
combination will enhance toasted bread, pasta, rice and
vegetable soups. It is perfect to cook meat and fish or
to be added to mixed salads.
WHITE TRUFFLE. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin
Olive Oil is infused with specially selected white truffles.
This delicate combination is recommended to elaborate pasta,
rice, meat, sauces and soups.
PORCINI. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin Olive
Oil is infused with specially selected mushrooms from the
“Boletus Edulis” variety. This mushroom gives
the olive oil reminiscences of the autumn scent from the
forests at the Catalonian Pyrenees. This delicate combination
is recommended to elaborate sauces, soups, creams and all
kinds of cooked dishes with any meat.
BLACK TRUFFLE. MAS PORTELL Extra Virgin
Olive Oil is slowly infused with Black Truffles. This “black
diamond” grows in the Pyrenees, in the shadow of
hundred-year-old oak trees.
Exquisitely aromatic, this condiment is perfect to flavour
poached, fried or scrambled eggs, omelettes, foie-gras and
all kind of meat, especially lamb.
