EL CORTIJO is a perfect mix for Food Service, a completely natural oil with all the excellent flavor of extra virgin olive oil.

In terms of health, this combination is nutritionally superior due to its oils having a lower saturated fat content and a high level of monounsaturated fatty acid and oleic acids. It is proven to reduce levels of cholesterol in the blood. It also contains high levels of Vitamin E, no cholesterol and a rich source of essential fatty acids.
